Bombing of Hell's Kitchen[]
When Hell's Kitchen was suddenly bombed, Pinski was among the police officers that arrived at a warehouse when Detective Christian Blake received a distress call from Officer Sullivan, who was attacked by the man in the mask. Upon arriving at the area, Pinski and the other officers were ordered by Blake to surround the warehouse where the man, Ranskahov, and Sullivan were holed up. They were approached by Ben Urich, who had arrived to investigate the story and requested for a statement. Just as the television film crews arrived, Pinski would oversee the arrival of a S.W.A.T. team, who were all working for Wilson Fisk, that was ready to stand ready outside the building to execute Sullivan and the masked man. That was when he was suddenly fatally shot in the right side of the chest by a sniper and fell to the ground.[4]
