Rogers vs. Kruger[]
Heinz Kruger was chased into Pier 13 by Steve Rogers, who had just taken the Super Soldier Serum. Kruger shot at Rogers, who took the door off of a taxi and used it as a shield to defend himself. Kruger took a young boy hostage and tried shooting at Rogers again, but had no more bullets. Kruger tossed the boy in the river and ran. Rogers went to help the boy, who said that he could swim and told Rogers to chase after Kruger. Kruger entered the Fieser Dorsch and submerged his vehicle, so Rogers jumped into the river and took the canopy off the sub. He threw Kruger onto the dock, where Kruger tried to stab Rogers. Rogers tried to evaded Kruger's knife and knocked him down, breaking Kruger's stolen vial of the Super Soldier Serum. Rogers tried to question Kruger, who broke a cyanide pill and cryptically answered his question, saying "Hail HYDRA" before he died.[1]
