On their way to retrieve the Tesseract at Camp Lehigh, Tony Stark and Steve Rogers encountered Jenkins in the elevator. As Jenkins peered up from her work, she noticed Rogers as Stark stepped in front of her, hoping she would not notice. Stark wished Rogers good luck as Rogers kept his cover up. Afterward, Jenkins asked if Rogers was a new agent, though Rogers responded that he was not. Eventually, the two parted ways.[1]

This section needs a rewrite |
After Steve Rogers had retrieved more Pym Particles, he made his way out of the base until he saw Jenkins with two guards. Jenkins walked with the guards, describing Tony Stark's and Rogers' appearances, as Rogers tried to find a hiding place. Rogers would hide in Peggy Carter's office as Chesler called for backup.[1]

Behind the Scenes[]
- Yvette Nicole Brown shot her scene as Phyllis Jenkins in 2017. As Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame were shot back-to-back, Brown thought that her scene was shot for the former and supposed that it got cut upon seeing Infinity War in theaters. It was then when she saw Endgame with a group of friends in theaters that she realized that her scene had been filmed for Endgame.[2]
- When asked if Phyllis Jenkins was a S.H.I.E.L.D. or HYDRA agent, Yvette Nicole Brown replied that Phyllis was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and a good one.[3]
