―Phyllis Jenkins and Chesler[src]

Agent Phyllis Jenkins is a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that worked at Camp Lehigh in 1970.

History[]

New Faces[]

"You new here?"
"Not exactly."
―Phyllis Jenkins and Steve Rogers[src]

On their way to retrieve the Tesseract at Camp Lehigh, Tony Stark and Steve Rogers encountered Jenkins in the elevator. As Jenkins peered up from her work, she noticed Rogers as Stark stepped in front of her, hoping she would not notice. Stark wished Rogers good luck as Rogers kept his cover up. Afterward, Jenkins asked if Rogers was a new agent, though Rogers responded that he was not. Eventually, the two parted ways.[2]

Weird Suspicion[]

"You've never seen these two men before?"
"No, I've got an eye for this. The two of them looked fishy."
Chesler and Phyllis Jenkins[src]

Once Steve Rogers had retrieved more Pym Particles, he made his way out of the base until he saw Jenkins with two guards. Jenkins walked with the guards, describing Tony Stark's and Rogers' appearances, as Rogers tried to find a hiding place. Rogers would hide in Peggy Carter's office as Chesler called for backup.[2]
