Phillip was a United States Army veteran who later became a member of Jigsaw's Crew and had taken part in many of their crimes. When the crew was ambushed by the Punisher, Phillip and his team had attempted to kill Curtis Hoyle who had been aiding the Punisher; however, during their shootout, Phillip had been shot in the leg by Hoyle and soon bled to death.

Bank Heist[]
Phillip was a veteran who joined Jigsaw's group to perform various heists. Phillip and the group practiced an upcoming bank heist. Once they started it, Phillip staked out on top of a building with a sniper in case anybody came. Suddenly, the Punisher arrived to take on Jigsaw. Phillip shot at Castle, but missed, forcing Castle to take cover. Castle then got in a car and dodged Phillip's bullet, causing Phillip to shoot his own man. Phillip then shot at Castle's getaway car multiple times, only hitting the side mirror.[2] Phillip continued to shoot at Castle until he was sneaked up from behind by Curtis Hoyle, who knocked him out. Phillip woke up later and met back with the crew, seeing that Russo had killed Anton Reed and Bobby.[3]
Causing Mischief[]
For the next day, Phillip and the crew went around the city in masks and infiltrated many buildings, killing a bunch of people, and taking money. This caused the news to start talking about them.[4] Phillip then listened as Jigsaw told them the plan to take down Frank Castle. During the ambush, Phillip tried to attack Curtis Hoyle, but was shot in the leg. Hoyle did so in self defense, so he tried to help Phillip, who pleaded for Hoyle not to let him die. However, it was too late as Phillip bled out.[1]
