The Chitauri Communication Device was a device used by the Chitauri to communicate and move ships across the galaxies. The extraterrestrial alliance known as the Confederacy used the device transport their forces into enemy bases and to transport to a neutral location for the leaders of the Confederacy to discuss their plans.
