Pete Boggs was a member of the Watchdogs who sought to eradicate Inhumans and disavow the Sokovia Accords. He led his teammates to kill an Inhuman, but it turned out to be a trap set up by Hive. He and his team were captured by Hive and unwittingly turned into Primitives by Doctor Holden Radcliffe. While briefly under Hive's sway, Boggs was killed by Lash during a brief battle where the Primitives attempted to defend Hive from the fearsome Inhuman.

Hunting the Inhumans[]
Pete Boggs joined the Watchdogs, with the desire to exterminate Inhumans. While talking with Jackson, he expressed his disregard for the Sokovia Accords, stating that Inhumans should be eradicated and not only indexed. Jackson told Boggs that an informant within the ATCU had given him the name of several Inhumans, prompting Boggs and other Watchdogs to leave and hunt them down.[1]
Unwilling Test Subject[]
Boggs and his team located one of the Inhumans the were tracking down. The Inhuman ran away and lured them inside a tight alley, where he revealed himself as Hellfire. Hellfire attacked the Watchdogs and was soon joined by Hive, who had them all captured to be turned into Inhumans. Taken to Hive's base, Boggs and his teammates were forcefully locked inside a container where Holden Radcliffe and Hive released a spray of the Absolution Virus, which turned Boggs and the other Watchdogs into Primitives who would faithfully serve Hive.[1]
Killed by Lash[]
In an attempt to rescue Daisy Johnson from Hive's sway, S.H.I.E.L.D. sent Lash to Hive's base. During the attack, Boggs rushed at him to defend his new master, but Lash grabbed him by the neck and killed him.[1]
Powers[]
- Primitive Physiology: Boggs was kidnapped by JT James and turned into a Primitive by Holden Radcliffe. This turned him into a mindless zombie that was controlled by Hive.
- Enhanced Strength: As a Primitive, Boggs gained some degree of enhanced strength which were however insufficient to take on the fearsome Inhuman Lash.
- Thermoreception: As a Primitive, Boggs could perceive thermal signatures within the infrared spectrum. However, hot temperatures made him unable to see properly.
