Having committed an Attack on President Ross, Isaiah Bradley fled the White House attempting to evade capture by the United States Secret Service and the Metropolitan Police Department. Ending up in Pershing Park at the National World War I Memorial, Bradley was confronted by Sam Wilson, and told him that he was confused about what was going on. Wilson managed to convince Bradley to surrender and Bradley was arrested.[1]
