Penny Miller is a microneural biologist who was invited to attend Bixby-Con.
Penny Miller was invited to attend Bixby-Con, a scientific convention hosted by Ignatius Bixby, with a name tag being created for her. Miller's name tag was taken by Darcy Lewis to use as an undercover identity while infiltrating the convention to obtain information from Bixby.[1]
