Pavlodar is a city in northeastern Kazakhstan and the capital of Pavlodar Province.
History[]
Tony Stark traveled to Kazakhstan during his early quest of establishing world peace, using his newly created identity as Iron Man.
A cell from the terrorist group the Ten Rings, in league with a rogue faction of Russian nationalists, took many hostages in the city of Pavlodar. Stark solved the situation by hitting a depot to defeat the terrorists before being officially deployed by the United States Armed Forces, saving the lives of all the hostages.[1]
