Patricia "Patsy" Walker is a fictional character portrayed by Trish Walker.

Trish Walker was forced by her mother, Dorothy, to audition for That's Our Girl. However, the producers loved Trish so much that they scrapped the show and rebranded it around Trish, nicknaming her Patsy and giving her her own show. Patsy soon became an icon and ended up having multiple seasons of her show,[1] her own comic book run[2] and even her own dolls.[3]

Due to popularity and abuse from Dorothy Walker, Trish began resenting her character and tried to stray away from it, getting her own show centered around her actual appearance called Trish Talk and even working in the music business.[4] However, Dorothy always lived in the past and kept bringing up the character for business opportunities. She often called Trish "Patsy" against her wishes. When Trish fell in the hospital, Dorothy told the news to "pray for her Patsy."[5]
