Pat Condo owned a ski resort in Vermont.

Biography[]

Pat Condo owned a ski resort that was essential to the business of Penny's Place. Condo was unreliable as he kept claiming that the ski resort would open up, but for ten years, that did not come to pass. In 2004, he convinced Paxton Page that he would open to ski resort. Due to this, Page bought a new grill.[1]
