Maria Rambeau's Treatment[]
Maria Rambeau underwent cancer treatment at Parkside. In 2018, Rambeau was accompanied by her daughter Monica for her last treatment. Rambeau's last operation was successful and received the news from Doctor Highland. Monica took a nap for what she believed would be twenty minutes, when suddenly she and half of the people present in Parkside disintegrated into dust. Two years later, Rambeau's cancer returned and she went back to Parkside. However, the relapse killed her.[1]

Monica Rambeau reappears at Parkside
In 2023, Monica Rambeau and the half were restored to life.[2] When Monica opened her eyes, she was confused and found the hospital room empty. She ran out of the room, seeing several people reappearing suddenly. Parkside descended into chaos as it began getting overrun with patients and restored personal.
Monica rushed to the nurses’ desk, accidentally bumping into a man who had just reappeared. She then asked the nurses of her mother’s whereabouts, however, all of them were concerned about the return of everyone. Highland found Monica, and revealed to her that her mother had passed away, which left Monica in a state of shock and confusion.[1]
