When Tony Stark tested for the first time the flight capabilities of his Mark II Iron Man armor, he flew over Pacific Park and was seen by two children, one of whom dropped his ice cream.[1]

Mark III Test[]
In an alternate universe, Tony Stark tested his Mark III Iron Man armor by flying it near Pacific Park.[2]
Childlike Joy[]
In an alternate universe, Tony Stark tested the Mark II armor by flying it down the coast of California, coming across Pacific Park. He flew close enough to see a young boy, but remained too far away to make eye contact. Stark felt a connection with the child as he identified the exhilaration that came from flying in the armor.[3]
Buzzing Ferris Wheel[]
In an alternate universe, Tony Stark flew very near to the Ferris wheel at Pacific Park while testing the Mark II Iron Man armor, causing it to buzz as people looked on.[4]
Mark II Test Flight[]
In order to test out the Mark II Iron Man Armor, Tony Stark traveled from his mansion to the Santa Monica Pier. Upon reaching the pier, people looked on in awe as they saw the Mark II zoom past a ferris wheel.[5]
