The Outer Banks is a long string of narrow barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina.

History[]

Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse met at the Outer Banks, on a spring night. Morse was on the pier facing the Outer Banks, with the moonlight shining on her face. At that moment, Hunter thought Morse resembled a goddess, though in time, he went to despise her.[1]
