Biography

Part of Oshtur's power was stored inside Oshtur's Stone, which was kept by the Masters of the Mystic Arts inside the Cabinet of Caballeros. Doctor Strange used Oshtur's Stone in conjunction with the Urn of Undor to help summon the Spectral Staff in order to defend the Astral Ring from Dormammu.

Trivia

• In the comics, Oshtur was an Elder Goddess and the mother of Agamotto. Alongside her son and her companion, Hoggoth, Oshtur formed the omnipotent trio known as the Vishanti.
