Oscar Rodriguez was the father of Francisco Rodriguez and uncle of Elena Rodriguez.
Biography[]
Oscar Rodriguez allowed his young niece, Elena Rodriguez, to stay with him and his son, Francisco, when his brother got involved in illegal drug trade. Oscar got visited by Javier, the drug dealer whom Elena's father was running from, and began demanding to know where Oscar's brother was, which Oscar insisted he didn't know. Javier noticed a necklace with a cross on it with belonged to Oscar's mother, and placed it on the table. Oscar offered Javier everything he had while Elena ensured Javier couldn't access the necklace. When Javier saw the necklace missing, the two men fought and Oscar got shot, dying.[1]
