"Welcome to OrgoCorp headquarters. For over 300 years, OrgoCorp has been producing cybernetic implants and genetic upgrades across the universe under the watchful eye of the High Evolutionary."
Friniki[src]

The Orgoscope is a space station made out of living matter that houses the headquarters of OrgoCorp.

History[]

Infiltration into the Orgoscope[]

Unable to heal Rocket due to a kill switch surgically attached to his heart, the Guardians of the Galaxy infiltrate the Orgoscope, Orgocorp's living headquarters, in search of a passkey that would disable the switch and ensure his survival, reluctantly enlisting the help of a timeline-displaced variant of one of their late members, Gamora to help them. However, when the group retrieved the core containing the key, they discovered that the key was deleted and recorded hours prior by Theel, one of the High Evolutionary's Mowtio scientists. The key was located in the implant in his head, and he was currently stationed on Counter-Earth.[1]

Orgoscope Space Park The Space Park is an open area that was used for recreation. Notably, the Guardians of the Galaxy fought many Orgosentries in the room.

Behind the Scenes[]

  • The Orgoscope was initially conceived as a gyroscopic planet, and Beth Mickle did research for that design. However, James Gunn had the idea to change it to be an organic planet to mirror High Evolutionary's mission. This idea allowed the Orgoscope to be architecturally different from other places in the franchise.[2]
  • Gunn described the Orgoscope set as "both the most beautiful and most disgusting set we've ever had in the Guardians universe."[2]
