"There is no Olympia."
Sersi and Arishem the Judge[src]

Olympia is the fictitious planet that Arishem the Judge programmed the Eternals to think was their home planet.

History[]

Arishem's Lie[]

Arishem the Judge created the Eternals as synthetic beings to hunt the Deviants who were killing too much sentient life and preventing Emergences from occurring. Arishem programmed fake memories of the Eternals' lives on Olympia so that they did not realize they were not real living beings. The Eternals sent to Earth believed it to be their first mission, having lived on Olympia their whole lives prior. Arishem revealed the truth to Sersi in 2024, that the Eternals were in fact created in the World Forge.[1]

Alternate Universe[]

In an alternate universe, Sprite revealed to a human that the Eternals were sent from Olympia to protect Earth from the Deviants.[2]

Trivia[]

  • In the comics, the Eternals' homeworld is the real-life location of Olympia in Greece, rather than a fictional planet of the same name.
