Oksana was a former member of the Black Widows. Upon fleeing from the Red Room, other Widows hunted her down and she was fatally stabbed by Yelena Belova, although Oksana was able to use Red Dust to free Belova from the Red Room's mind control before she died.

Oksana is attacked by Yelena Belova

Oksana managed to escape the Red Room and joined an unknown organization that was in possession of the Red Dust, which could cure the Red Room's chemical mind control. She noticed one day that Yelena Belova and Ingrid were staking her place out, so she smoked the building and fled with the Red Dust. Thinking she escaped, she suddenly got hit by a door and attacked by Belova, who kicked the Red Dust out of her hand.

Oksana is killed by Yelena Belova

Oksana engaged Belova, who cut her. Oksana recovered the Red Dust and limped away from Belova, who rushed over to Oksana and again attacked her down, but Oksana pinned her down. Belova dropped her knife into her other hand and stabbed Oksana in the gut, twisting the knife and slicing it out. Oksana fell over and took a vial of Red Dust. Belova went to attack her, but Oksana opened the vial on Belova, spraying the dust on her.

Belova became freed from the Red Room's control and rushed over to Oksana, suddenly recognizing the former Black Widow. Oksana gave Belova the empty vial and told her to free the remaining Widows before dying.

After Oksana's death, Yelena Belova felt a lot of guilt when she killed Oksana while Dreykov controlled her all her life and told Natasha what had happened. However, Yelena fulfilled Oksana's promise when she used the Red Dust to free the rest of the Widows from Dreykov's control and even bringing an end to the Red Room.

Abilities

• Master Martial Artist: Oksana was able to hold her own against Yelena Belova, another member of the Black Widows, even while injured by Belova's knife.
• Master Marksman: Oksana was able to open a vial of Red Dust and aim it directly at Belova without time to prepare her aim.
• Master Spy: As part of the Black Widow Program, Oksana was training in espionage. She was able to see when she was being staked out by fellow expert spies and make her escape.

Equipment

• Red Dust: Oksana gained access to Red Dust, which she was planning to use to free the Black Widows. She used it while dying to free Yelena Belova and gave her the remaining dust to free all the other Widows that Dreykov had under his control.
