U.S. Senate Armed Forces Committee
When Tony Stark was summoned to attend a Senate Armed Forces Committee with the intention of obtaining the Iron Man armor for military application, using the developing of similar suits over the world in retaliation as an excuse.
Tony Stark showed a video of some of the failed attempts to create a suit similar to the Iron Man Armors around the world, North Korea being one of the countries showed.[1]
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Natasha Romanoff discovered that billionaire Richard Frampton had made a Jericho missile that would explode near the border between Russia and North Korea, greatly destabilising the world peace. Black Widow infiltrated the launching area and destroyed the missile.[2]
