The NYPD officers at the Cut Rate Drugs

In 1931, William Dole arranged a deal with Ernest Koenig, to provide Franklin D. Roosevelt's party with alcohol despite the Prohibition. Dole and a group of NYPD officers met with Jimmy Bottles at Cut Rate Drugs to collect his payment, however, they were attacked by the Chronicom Hunters. Cain and Abel used their Chronicom Rifle and gunned down the officers, before Luke used one of their Erasers to kill Dole and steal the officers' identities.

The NYPD started an investigation of the killings, before Fisher was approached by Phil Coulson, Daisy Johnson, Alphonso Mackenzie, and Deke Shaw, who introduced themselves as the Royal Canadian Mountain Police. Fischer was skeptical that the Canadian police would be asked to assist with case, but Johnson threatened Fischer into letting them to examine the murder scene.[1]
