- In the comics, the New Warriors is a team of young superheroes originally established by Dwayne Taylor. The first roster included Nova, Night Thrasher, Marvel Boy, Namorita Firestar and Speedball . The team changed its roster many times, and eventually became the stars of a reality show, during which they caused the death of 612 civilians in an explosion and the beginning of the Civil War.
