New Orleans County General Hospital is a hospital located in the city of New Orleans.

In the aftermath of her near-death at the hands of James Connors, Brigid O'Reilly was taken in a critical state to the hospital, where she was left guarded by two NOPD officers, Paulson and Wyatt.
During a break from Wyatt, O'Reilly's doppelgänger Mayhem was able to sneak into her room. Mayhem considered killing O'Reilly by smothering her with a pillow, but she was forced to hide in the bathroom due to Paulson coming back and reprimanding Wyatt for leaving his post. Mayhem then hid in the air conduct right before Paulson opened the bathroom to check it for safety, as she explained to Wyatt that Connors was missing and could try to kill O'Reilly again. Upon hearing this, Mayhem decided that she would kill Connors first and left the hospital, undetected by the two officers, after placing the pillow behind O'Reilly's head.[1]
