Arrest of Isaiah Bradley[]

On the run from the United States Secret Service and the Metropolitan Police Department for his Attack on President Ross, Isaiah Bradley fled the White House, ending up at the National World War I Memorial in Pershing Park. Bradley stopped at the memorial with the mind control from the Leader wearing off. Bradley told Sam Wilson he was confused about what was going on, and that he would not go back to jail, however, Wilson managed to convince Bradley to surrender, and Bradley was arrested.[1]
