Namor's Headdress is the crown of King Ch'ah Toh Almehen who would wear it during public appearances in Talokan.

After being angered by the Wakandans after they killed one Talokanil woman, Namor would don his royal garb, including the headdress to declare to his forces and kingdom that they would go to war against Wakanda.[1]
Capabilities[]
As a crown, the headdress possesses no offensive capabilities, but indicates his regal title of K'uk'ulkan.
