The National Reconnaissance Office, better known by its acronym NRO, is part of the United States' Department of Defense and is one of the nation's five biggest intelligence agencies.
History[]
The NRO was one of the organizations that wanted information about S.H.I.E.L.D. after its disablement during the Hydra Uprising.[1]
