Doctor Murray is an employed at Metro-General Hospital and was the receiving physician when Vanessa Marianna was brought to the hospital.

Doctor Murray entered the waiting room when Wilson Fisk rushed into Metro-General Hospital carrying Vanessa Marianna; he questioned James Wesley about what Marianna had ingested, but Wesley gave little information that Murray could use. Murray gave orders to Nurse Schwab on the tests that needed to be done to determine what poisoned the woman. When Leland Owlsley asked him about his condition, Murray told Owlsley that he would send a nurse out to attend to him.
Murray took the gurney carrying Marianna to the operation room. Later, Murray was standing in the operation room when Doctor Rosenberg exited to speak directly to Fisk.[1]
