Moore was on duty in the communications room when he heard a knock on the door. When he opened the door, Captain America, Falcon and Maria Hill held Moore at gunpoint, politely asking him to move aside as they entered and took control of the communications room, revealing that the ranks of S.H.I.E.L.D. had been infiltrated by sleeper agents loyal to HYDRA.[1]
