"You have a second cousin in Montebello. Her name is Graciela, and she's so excited to have you come stay."
Stacey Yorkes to Molly Hernandez[src]

Montebello is a city in the state of California.

History[]

Molly Hernandez's Short Stay[]

"Is there a train station around here?"
"There's a Metrolink. We can go down there in the morning if you'd like."
Molly Hernandez and Graciela Aguirre[src]

In an attempt to protect Molly Hernandez as they knew she had witnessed a PRIDE's Rite of Blood, Dale and Stacey Yorkes decided to send her to Montebello where she would live with her cousin Graciela Aguirre, despite Hernandez heavily disagreeing with this decision. The Yorkeses took Hernandez to Graciela Aguirre's Residence and left her with her cousin, leaving the city after receiving a text message informing them of the Attack on Victor Stein.

Once they were alone, Aguirre gave Hernandez a letter which had been left by Hernandez's parents Alice and Gene. Hernandez hypothesized that she had to find a train station and asked Aguirre whether there was one nearby. Aguirre confirmed it and told Hernandez that they would go on the next day, but Hernandez sneaked out of the house in the night and reached the train station, where she found a VHS tape in one of the luggage's lockers.[1]

Hernandez left Montebello to go back to Los Angeles and reunite with the other Runaways. Her absence was immediately noticed in the morning by Aguirre, who chose not to warn the Yorkeses that Hernandez had left the city as she did not trust them.[2]
