Monte is a soldier who worked with the Strategic Operations Command Center to capture Bruce Banner.
Biography[]
Ambush in Porto Verde[]
Monte was assigned to a Strategic Operations Command Center unit tracking down a target known as Bruce Banner in Rocinha. While Emil Blonsky and his fellow soldiers pursued Banner on foot, Monte drove the van carrying Thaddeus Ross and Kathleen Sparr after them. During the resulting chase, Monte briefly used the van to cut off Banner's escape route while Ross stepped out of the van to confront Banner. Banner, shocked at seeing Ross, managed to flee from the scene, with Ross re-entering the van and ordering Monte to continue the pursuit, which eventually led to the Pingo Doce Bottling Plant.[2]
