Biography[]
Early Life[]
Jackson Brice was a criminal who joined the Enforcers, a team consisting of himself, Ox, and Fancy Dan. Unlike his other teammates, he tended to stay under the radar, often killing those he did fight.
Hired to Take Out Spider-Man[]
Montana was brought by Michael Marko with the rest of the Enforcers to meet with Silvermane about killing Spider-Man. He finds him enraged about the situation so Montana explains that he shouldn't trouble himself since the had it handled, and then he introduced Ox and Fancy Dan. And then Micheal Marko introduced Montana.
During the next evening, the Enforcers started threatening a shop owner[2] they knew that owed them money[3] as a way to lure out Spider-Man, and it worked. Montana stayed in the store as Spider-Man battled his teammates. Soon, Fancy Dan had been pinned to the nearby wall with Spider-Man's Synthetic Webbing. Fancy Dan asked if Montana had seen enough and Montana said he had as he left the store. He immediately cut one of the tubes that allowed Spider-Man to produce his Synthetic Webbing and continues to swing his wipe at him as Ox freed Fancy Dan. When Spider-Man tried to attack Montana, Fancy Dan knocked him to the ground. The three then stood over him.[2] The three then began attacking him while he was on the ground before Spider-Man managed to sweep them with his legs. He then continued to dodge them as he reared the tubing on his suit. Lastly, he stalled them with his webbing so he could escape. Fancy Dan wanted to follow him but Montana said not to due to the cops and because he noticed that they were being filmed bystanders. So, he used the opportunity to film a video having the store owner explaining the situation to the cops. The store owner said it was a misunderstanding about money and that they were friends.
To help with Silvermane's conspiracy to acquire the land of Midtown High School, the three showed up during a meeting about the community wanting the school to reopen. This intimated the meeting to end and the locals to give up on the cause.[3]
