A Time for Retribution[]

Recruiting Clint Barton[]

Hawkeye meets LARPers

Missy signs Clint Barton up to LARP

"Hey. There's no looky-loos."
―Missy to Clint Barton[src]

In December 2024, Missy was running a LARPing campaign in Central Park when she intercepted Clint Barton trying to approach the event. Barton explained that he just needed to speak to Grills about the ninja suit he stole, to which Missy requested that Barton wait until the campaign was over at midnight. Not being able to wait that long, Barton begrudgingly agreed to sign up for the campaign, so Missy assisted Barton with getting checked in.[1]

Duel for Ronin's Suit[]

Ronin wins

Missy announces Grills the winner of the duel

"Winner takes the suit! Proceed!"
―Missy[src]

When Grills challenged Clint Barton to trial by combat for possession of Grills' new suit, Missy arranged and officiated the fight. Missy offered Barton an imaginary ritualistic potion, which he refused. After Grills struck Barton down, Missy declared Grills as the winner and announced that the corpse of the loser would be burned.[1]

Hawkeye's Mission[]

A Favor for Hawkeye[]

Missy LARPer

"You know, I made this myself, by hand."
"No way! Maybe I could hire you to make my next one?"
"Oh, yeah. I would love to."
―Missy and Kate Bishop[src]

A couple days later, Kate Bishop sought out the role players at Central Park, looking for an NYPD officer who could help her and Hawkeye retrieve their trick arrows from an NYPD facility. Wendy Conrad revealed herself as an officer, and offered to help as long as her guild all received something in return.

The role players, along with Bishop and Lucky, returned to one of the players' homes. Missy had Bishop try on her Viking costume, which Bishop complimented, suggesting that Missy could make her next costume. Grills came up with the idea that in exchange for retrieving the arrows for the archers, Bishop and Barton could repay them by providing the materials for new costumes. Bishop added on that they would provide enough materials for all of the role players, as well as themselves, pointing out that Hawkeye needed a new costume. Missy excitedly agreed to this plan.[2]

Creating Costumes[]

"Missy dropped off the new outfits for you and Kate. You wanna see 'em?"
Grills to Clint Barton[src]

Missy fulfilled her promise to make costumes for Clint Barton and Kate Bishop, creating them and dropping them off at Grills' apartment shortly after.[3]

Battle at Rockefeller Center[]

Missy (December 24, 2024)

Missy looks for Eleanor Bishop

"Yep. Please, please proceed at an orderly, orderly manner. Orderly, or, you know, just keeping yelling and shoving each other!"
―Missy to Partygoers[src]

Missy and her LARPing friends joined Clint Barton and Kate Bishop on their mission to protect Eleanor Bishop from the Tracksuit Mafia, attending the Bishop Christmas Party undercover as caterers. Missy scouted the party, on the lookout for Eleanor Bishop or any threats.

Missy (30 Rock)

When Kazi Kazimierczak began shooting at the party through the window, Missy initially ducked behind a table in fear, but at the urging of Wendy Conrad, stood up and helped her evacuate the civilians. At Grills' command, Missy and Conrad turned off the lights, preventing their attacker from taking aim. They tried to keep the partygoers calm as they moved their way into the elevator, but they all remained panicked, to Missy's frustration.

Missy, Conrad, and Grills reached the bottom of the building and met up with Kate Bishop outside. Missy provided Bishop with her bow and quiver, who tasked the three of them with evacuating civilians from the area while she freed Barton from the Rockefeller Christmas Tree.

LARPers (Rockefeller Center)

The LARPers returned inside building, where they regrouped with Orville and changed into their LARPing outfits. Now in character, the LARPers were more confident in evacuating the civilians. As members of the Tracksuit Mafia attacked, Missy fought one off with a baseball bat she picked up off the ground.

After the battle concluded, Missy, Grills, and Orville were questioned by an NYPD officer, Missy explaining to the officer that they were acting as Hawkeye's allies.[4]

Personality[]

"What do you do with this?"
"That's what you live by."
Clint Barton and Missy[src]

Missy is passionate about LARPing, helping to organizing large-scale campaigns every week for the NYC LARPers. She is very serious about maintaining the integrity of the LARPing events, understanding how important they might be to some of the attendees.

Missy seems to be less capable of keeping calm in an emergency situation than her comrades, initially hiding behind a table when shots were fired at the Battle at Rockefeller Center. Despite this, Missy managed to pull herself together and assist her allies in evacuating the civilians from the party, although she remained flustered through the event. She seemed to gain more confidence in herself after changing into her LARPing gear, to the point where she took on a Tracksuit Mafia member by herself.
