Officer Minelli is a member of the New York City Police Department at the 15th Precinct Police Station in Hell's Kitchen.
Biography
In the wake of chaos at the Clinton Church, Minelli was tasked to secure the perimeter while Strieber and Brett Mahoney investigating the crime scene. Minelli then approached Foggy Nelson heading to the church and greeted him. Minelli informed him that he officially signed NYPD endorsement letter in order to support Nelson's election campaign against Blake Tower what pleased Nelson. Nelson then said that he came to speak with Mahoney and Minelli let him through.[1]
