Milton was Jemma Simmons's former boyfriend.
Milton and Jemma Simmons started dating during her studies at S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy. He was very amicable and tended to agree any time with his girlfriend, but the relationship did not work and the two eventually separated.
Leo Fitz greatly disliked Milton, making fun of his voice and the shape of his head.[1]
