Treating Emil Blonsky[]
Milgrom was a military doctor working at the Pentagon. He was tasked by Thaddeus Ross with treating Emil Blonsky's severe injuries caused by the Hulk during the Battle at Culver University. Ross asked Milgrom if Blonsky would ever be able to walk again following his injuries, to which Milgrom explained that most of Blonsky's bones were crushed but that he had a heart like a machine.
However, much to his amazement, Milgrom found that Blonsky had fully regenerated from all of his injuries in less than twenty four hour. He continued to attend to Blonsky when Ross and Kathleen Sparr came to check on Blonsky's recovery.[2]
