Michael Joseph Duffy is a fictional character based on the real world person of the same name. He was set as the superior to Captain America.

History

In a fictional comic book, Sargeant Duffy still helped Captain America train. Duffy posed as the enemy in a mask and tried to steal the Electro Suit. Once they got it, Captain America came and fought the team. However, Simon, in the Electro suit, was able to knock Captain America out. When Captain America awoke, he broke free and defeated everyone. Duffy was on the ground and Rogers assured him he did well, saying he recognized Duffy's fighting style. Duffy said he believed Simon was just happy to get out of the suit.
