The Mexican Cartel is a mob in Hell's Kitchen.
The Mexican Cartel was one of three mobs targeted by the Punisher for revenge after his family was killed in a public firefight between them, the Dogs of Hell, and the Kitchen Irish. The Punisher tied up many member on meat hooks and left them to die.
