- "Father!"
"Run!" - ―Mesopotamian Young Man and Mesoptamian Father[src]
The Mesopotamian Young Man was a Mesopotamian tribesman who was attacked by Deviants.
Biography[]
Deviant Attack[]
In 5000 B.C., the Mesopotamian Young Man used a dagger to cut a fish while his father was catching more fish nearby. They heard fellow tribesmen shout a warning from a distance, and the young man noticed a creature approaching from the water. He shouted to his father, who told him to run before being devoured by the creature. The Deviant lunged toward the young man, but he was saved by Ikaris. Ikaris lured the Deviant away, as another Deviant approached the young man. He was saved again, this time by Makkari, who grabbed the young man and ran him to safety. More Deviants appeared, but they were all defeated by the Eternals.
As the last of the Deviants were defeated, the young man watched as the Domo appeared in the sky. More Eternals emerged from the ship, and the young man began to approach them. He was met by Sersi, who picked up a dagger from the ground, transmuted it into gold, and gave it to the young man.[1]
