Menz is a supervisor at the Berlin Correctional Facility.
During a prison riot at the Berlin Correctional Facility, Menz tried to prevent Helmut Zemo from escaping his cell. However, Menz was quickly incapacitated by Zemo and had his outfit stolen by him.[1]
