Meet The Invisible Woman, stylized as Meet The Invisible Woman πŸŒ€, is the third episode of the first season of Meet the Fantastic Four.

Synopsis[]

Who is Sue Storm? Discover the scientific brilliance behind the Fantastic Four who uses her powers of invisibility and force fields to lead her team and protect the world! With her husband, Reed Richards, her brother Johnny Storm, and friend Ben Grimm, the Fantastic Four springs into action!

Plot[]

The documentary crew attempts to film a third Sunday dinner with the Fantastic Four after recapping the two past filming interruptions. Sue Storm introduces herself to the documentary crew again, claiming that she has a habit of introducing herself in front of reporters. The documentary crew interviews her in an elevator as she heads off to a meeting with world leaders. Sue talks about her powers, with the documentary crew showing footage of her using her forcefield abilities to prank Johnny Storm and lift her and Ben Grimm into the air and using her invisibility powers alongside Reed Richards. Sue remarks on the irony of her being known as the Invisible Woman when the Fantastic Four are one of the world's most famous families, but she asserts that being in the public eye enables them to have the greatest impact and to do the most good.

Being interviewed by the documentary crew, Johnny Storm talks about how Sue is the natural leader of the team and that they'd be lost without her. Although he takes time to brag about how he is the most charming member of the team, he asserts that the Storm siblings always have each other's backs. Ben Grimm is interviewed next and talks about how Sue is the best of the four of them, claiming that she is just as tough and twice as sweet as he is. Reed Richards says that, while he is often credited as the genius Mister Fantastic, Sue is an accomplished astronaut, diplomat, and person. He asserts that he is lucky to be her husband, upsetting Johnny. Meanwhile, Sue notices a crowd of Fantastic Four fans gathered outside the Baxter Building and admits that, while she would normally take time to sign autographs, she can't be late for her meeting. She uses her invisibility powers to hide from the crowd, claiming that being invisible can sometimes be very useful. The documentary crew is left unable to find her until she reappears a little ways away, telling them to keep up, as they can't keep heads of state waiting.

At Sunday dinner, Johnny hopes that the Fantastic Four will finally be able to have dinner together without interruption, but an explosion happens once again. Sue decides to end the interview until the danger is contained.
