Meet The Human Torch Johnny Storm, stylized as Meet The Human Torch 🔥 Johnny Storm, is the fifth episode of the first season of Meet the Fantastic Four.

Synopsis[]

Meet Johnny Storm, the Human Torch! Explore the hot-headed member of the Fantastic Four as he lights up the world with his flame power, daring stunts, and charismatic personality. Flame on!

Plot[]

Johnny Storm interrupts the documentary crew's weekly introduction to explain that viewers are likely more interested in him and not to focus as much on the rest of the team. However, the crew finish their introduction anyway. In footage of the Fantastic Four watching television together, H.E.R.B.I.E. brings a drink to Storm, who tries to use his flames to heat the drink, but melts the cup instead. Storm shows off his powers to the documentary crew, warning the documentary crew not to get the camera equipment too close to him. Reed Richards is interviewed, saying that he had asked Storm not to use his abilities inside the Baxter Building since it is not fireproof.

Storm is assured by the documentary crew that they are going to cut in footage of him using his abilities. Sue Storm is interviewed, assuring the documentary crew that her brother cares about more than looks and flame and that he also hopes to return to space as an astronaut. Sue says she is proud of Johnny, grossing him out. Ben Grimm is interviewed, saying that Johnny Storm is a truly supportive friend. Storm uses his flames to draw the Fantastic Four's logo in the sky, offering it as a logo for the documentary.

That night, as the Fantastic Four begin to wrap up dinner, Richards expresses his gratitude at being able to, when another attack occurs. Storm realizes that the team is unlikely to finish a dinner while being filmed, so he invites the documentary crew to film them in action. The documentary crew agrees, and the team jump into action.
