McIver Residence was the home of the McIvers until it was burned down by Mama Mabel.

Gwen McIver, Quincy McIver, and their son, John McIver lived in a home. One day, Quincy and Buggy Stokes got into an argument, ending in the death of them both. This caused a rift between the Stokes and McIvers. This rift went on as they went into civil battles. Not wanting to go to court, Mama Mabel got mad. John was sitting in his house when a bottle suddenly flew threw the window: a molotov cocktail. As the place set on fire, Gwen told John to go, forcing him out the window, that was the last time he saw his mother. Outside, John watched his home go up in flames as Mama Mabel arrived, telling John that she warned them.[1]
