Officer Masterson is a police officer for the New York City Police Department, based in the 29th Precinct Police Station, who assisted with the arrest of Cottonmouth.

Masterson takes Cottonmouth into custody
Following the death and final statement of Rafael Scarfe, the New York City Police Department had enough evidence to go to Harlem's Paradise and arrest Cottonmouth for multiple crimes, including the murder of Scarfe. Once Cottonmouth had been put in handcuffs by Detective Misty Knight, Officer Masterson and another Officer led him out of the club and into custody, taking him to the 29th Precinct Police Station, where he would be held.[1]
