The Massacre of Phi Gamma Epsilon was the mass killing of all of the members of Phi Gamma Epsilon, during which one member was possessed by Magoth.

Background[]

Keith Spivey gets possessed by Basar

Kthara led a breakout from Saint Teresa Center for Mental Health, during which Keith Spivey, Hock, and Liddle drove to a crypt in Colma, California and died in order to allow Basar to possess Spivey. Basar attacked Alex Tilden and marked him for possession.[3] Tilden was possessed by Magoth, who forced Kevin to get into a car accident, killing Tilden, Kevin, and the driver of the other car. Magoth remained in Tilden's body long enough to warn Daimon Helstrom about Basar, before being exorcised.[4]

Magoth possesses Bryce

Basar arrived at the Phi Gamma Epsilon House and began killing all of its members, enjoying the act of killing. One of its members, Chad, managed to flee into the hallways, although he was eventually cornered by Basar. Chad pled with Basar, offering anything he wanted in exchange for his life, but Basar killed him anyway. Magoth possessed a Phi Gamma Epsilon member, Bryce, and told Basar that Daimon Helstrom had been warned that they were coming. Basar told Magoth to bring him Gabriella Rosetti.[5] To cover his own tracks, Basar then set the frat house on fire, starting an electrical fire which authorities deemed to be the reason everyone died.[6]

Aftermath[]

While possessing Bryce, Magoth followed Daimon Helstrom, Ana Helstrom, and Gabriella Rosetti to the Richards Residence, where the three were investigated Zoe Richards. After they left, Magoth offered Zoe and Aubree Richards a deal to get revenge against Ana Helstrom, who had helped her father to kidnap Zoe. They agreed to the deal, and Aubree helped lead Helstrom into a trap, where Basar was waiting to kill her. However, Basar killed Aubree instead, and Helstrom managed to escape, believing Basar to be her father.[5] This led to a preparation among Helstrom, her brother, Rosetti, Caretaker, and Louise Hastings to fight their father.[7] Meanwhile, Gateway University set up a memorial for the frat brothers, believing their death to be the result of a fire.[6]
