- Blue Magic Doctor Strange {{{sig}}}
Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange? It's the biggest difference. -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure there are other Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange's that we've seen in What If...?. •

- That's a good point, maybe Ribboned Creature Attacker? Focusing on that America gets attacked by the Ribboned Creature while in this universe? -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:26, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I don't know about that since the Ribboned Creature continues its attack into the Gap Junction. Definitely a bit on the nose but what about Ponytail Strange? Honestly coming up with something for this hard since we barely know anything about this universe. - DemKnux (talk) 20:31, 20 July 2024 (UTC)
- But that isn't the universe differentiative, is it? How about the fact that this Strange's magic isn't orange, but blue? Blue Magic Doctor Strange? •

- How about Spanish Doctor Strange or Sacrificial Doctor Strange? - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 01:33, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- "Spanish Doctor Strange" makes it sound like he's Spanish. As in a Spaniard, ethnic people of Spain. Which he is not. He's not even a citizen of Spain. •
MJLogan95 | Message Wall • Contributions 01:36, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- We have used that name scheme before with Sakaarian Iron Man and Asgardian Hulk when that is not the case. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 01:38, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- At least that Iron Man was on Sakaar. This Strange wasn't in Spain. •

- Nevertheless, how about Spanish-Speaking Doctor Strange. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 01:39, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I still think the "blue magic" one is better since he's the only Strange Variant we've seen with that magic coloring. It's more definitive than treating this Strange's Spanish speaking fluency as a differentiative, imo. •

- Multi-reply. We used Sakaarian Iron Man as that was the official name given by Marvel Studios to his variant. We had no choice in that naming. It isn't remotely equivalent to this situation. For Defender Strange, I honestly feel equally so that Defender Strange is a good fit as that is the name Marvel has given us for his variant (see here). If we have to change it, my suggestion would be Protector Strange or something along the lines of Protector being in the name.

- Except "Defender Strange" is going to be the page name, and like Raff said, "Doctor Strange/Defender Strange" is not an ideal option. •

- Out of all the potential names listed here, I think Blue Magic Doctor Strange is the best one. He is the only Strange we've seen with that color magic. - Fish Master 41 (Message Wall) 16:40, July 22, 2024 (PST)

Doctor Strange, overwhelmed by heartbreak due to Christine Palmer's wedding, begins dreamwalking into other universes and killing alternate versions of himself who were unable to live a fulfilling life with Christine. This results in an incursion destroying most of the universe, leaving Strange alone in the New York Sanctum. -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)

- Variant Killer Strange {{{sig}}}
Maybe Doctor Strange Incursion? -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- No, because even the Strange who was executed by Black Bolt triggered an Incursion, and "our Strange" also triggered one. Perhaps Variant Killer Strange? He does say he's killed a lot of his Variants before. •

- Wong Chaser Clown {{{sig}}}
Wong Chased by Clown? Either that or Wong Clown Chase are the only things I can think of. -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I'd suggest Clown Chased Wong. - DemKnux (talk) 20:33, 20 July 2024 (UTC)
- DemKnux's suggestion fits better with our current naming scheme. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 01:35, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- Clown Chased Wong is a sentence though, which is explicitly something we avoid. That's why I was thinking Wong Clown Chase. -Jessica3801 (talk) 13:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- What about Clown Chase Wong? It removes the tense of chase and while it can be interpreted as a sentence, it's not exactly a correct sentence either so it would kind of work. If not, Wong Clown Chase also kind of works I guess.
Pr0tato210 | Message Wall • Contributions 13:54, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- "Clown Chase Wong" makes it sound like Wong participated in a clown chase, not that he was chased by a clown. Wong Chaser Clown, maybe? •
MJLogan95 | Message Wall • Contributions 22:05, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I agree that Wong Chaser Clown might be the best one if Clown Chased Wong isn't an option. - Fish Master 41 (Message Wall) 16:56, July 22, 2024 (PST)

- USS Eldridge Pruned {{{sig}}}
USS Eldridge Pruned is the only non-speculative name I can think of. We know that entire areas get pruned (like the desert in the New York Time Heist universe), so we can't assume they were the center of a Nexus event. -Jessica3801 (talk) 14:51, 24 July 2024 (UTC)
- That's fine. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 14:53, 24 July 2024 (UTC)

- It seems to be the only fitting name with what little we have to work with, so yes. •

Instead of leaving to be with Jane Foster and search for the Infinity Stones, Thor moves to Australia to live among humans, sharing a house with Darryl Jacobson. He attempts to join the Avengers Civil War, but does not hear back from either side. Thor then leaves and Darryl moves to the United States, becoming housemates with the Grandmaster. -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)

Australian Resident Thor? -Jessica3801 (talk) 01:07, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- From "God of Thunder" to 'God of Down Under." Yeah, Australian Resident Thor seems fine. •
MJLogan95 | Message Wall • Contributions 01:15, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- Could Australian Resident Thor possibly be shorted to just Australian Thor? If not Australian Resident Thor is fine with me. - DemKnux (talk) 20:34, 20 July 2024 (UTC)
- "Australian Thor" makes it sound like he himself is Australian. •
MJLogan95 | Message Wall • Contributions 01:37, 21 July 2024 (UTC) - I would say Australian Resident Thor is better because Australian Thor has become a pretty common name scheme like Sakaarian Iron Man Universe or Asgardian Hulk Universe. It's good to mix it up a bit when we can. - Raff • Message Wall • Contributions 01:38, 21 July 2024 (UTC)

- I always thought Roommate Thor would work well. Or maybe just Team Thor since they joke about him making his own Civil War team I think. DavisRanger (talk) 04:50, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- Thor isn't a roommate in the shorts, he's a housemate (as in, they share a house, not just a room). And that wouldn't necessarily work as a differentiative since Thor has shared a house with people before, albeit his family. Team Thor isn't really the main feature of the universe, just a joke that they make about him being sad not to join the Avengers Civil War. -Jessica3801 (talk) 13:11, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- I think Australian Resident Thor fits. See my reasoning against Raff using Sakaarian Iron Man as a reason to shorten the name in my reply to Defender Strange. If we don't do ART, might I suggest Deadbeat Thor or Civilian Thor?
Pr0tato210 | Message Wall • Contributions 13:59, 21 July 2024 (UTC)
- How is he a deadbeat? Also, technically Thor as we last saw him is also a civilian, so it's not a differentiative. I think his decision to live in Australia as a flatmate should be the focal point. •

- I have literally never seen someone make that distinction, I think its a regional thing. How about Australian Housemate Thor? I understand why Housemate/Roommate might not work alone since you could argue family counts as that.-DavisRanger (talk) 01:22, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
- The specials are about more than him being Darryl's housemate though, I think Resident is still more encompassing while being equally concise. -Jessica3801 (talk) 19:12, 22 July 2024 (UTC)
