Jacques Dernier become a member of the French Resistance. Together with his comrades, he resisted the Nazi occupiers in Marseille during World War II, at least until he was made a prisoner of war and taken to the Hydra Base Camp C3.[1]
Georges Batroc was born in Marseille on May 19, 1981.[2]
