Marcos de Souza hired Bruce Banner for part-time work in his factory. When the equipment broke down, he asked Banner for his help. When Banner was defending Martina from the sexual advances of Silva, another employee, de Souza stopped the potential fight by telling everyone to go, distracting Silva long enough for Martina and Banner to escape.[4]
