The Manfredi Crime Family is an Italian mob in New York City who clashed with Spider-Man.
History[]
Silvio Manfredi, under the codename Silvermane, became the leader of the Manfredi Crime Family. He used his company Silvermane Hair Products for Men, Inc. and shell companies as covers for their affairs. He also used the Silvermane Hair Products for Men, Inc. Manhattan Headquarters as the headquarters for the Manfredi Crime Family.
Silvermane formed a plan to take the land of Midtown High School. He had his men plant several explosives inside the school. They went off shortly after the Battle at Oscorp Tower, using the battle as a cover. It destroyed the school enough to make it unusable and dangerous. He then sent four members to infiltrate the school under the cover of night and clean away any of the remaining evidence. However, they encountered an enhanced individual who managed to fight them off before escaping. However, they were then able to clean away the evidence without incident. Upon returning, one of the members reported back to Silvermane, telling him about the enhanced individual. Silvermane decided to send the Enforcers after them, to send a message to others as to why to not cross him.[1]
