September Foundation[]
The liaison helped set up Tony Stark's presentation of the September Foundation at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. When Stark finished his speech, the liaison thanked him for generosity and inquired if any of the grant money will be available to faculty. He told Stark about his idea of a self-cooking hot dog, but Stark was not listening and quickly excused himself.[2]
