The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre is a Broadway theatre in New York City, New York. In 2024, it produced and presented Rogers: The Musical.

History[]

Thanos was right

Pro-Snap graffiti in the bathroom at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre

Sometime after the Snap, a person who attended a show at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre went to the bathroom, and wrote the words "Thanos was right" on a urinal, expressing their support for the catastrophic event.

In 2024, Rogers: The Musical was performed at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Clint Barton took his children, Lila, Cooper, and Nathaniel, to see the musical. However, he turned his hearing aids off. During the musical number "Save The City", Lila noticed that Clint had turned them off and got him to turn it on. One child saw Clint and waved to him, and he awkwardly waved back. When the number reached a part which focused on Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton began to feel sadness at the loss of her, so he went to the bathroom.

While in the bathroom, Barton saw the pro-Snap graffiti and was recognized by a fan, who asked for a picture with him. Barton was annoyed with him and said that it was an inappropriate time. As Barton went to wash his hands, the man followed and asked if it was a better time. Barton became overwhelmed and had to leave the building.

Outside the theatre, Barton was joined by Lila, who noticed that her father was upset. Lila comforted him, and they were joined by Cooper and Nathaniel, as the latter asked why people were singing in the musical. The family decided to go to dinner, leaving halfway through the show.[1]

Rogers: The Musical continued to perform at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.[2]
